Privacy Notice
Last updated: September 2026
NarraPrism is an independent commercial research company. This notice explains what data we work with, how we protect it, and how to contact us about it. It covers three things: the public Telegram content we analyse, the information our clients share with us, and visitors to this website.
1. Public Telegram content
Our research corpus is built only from content that is openly accessible on Telegram: public channels and public groups, their posts, public comments and aggregate reactions. We do not access private chats, direct messages, closed groups we were not openly admitted to, or any account credentials of third parties.
- We study the information space, not individuals. Our analysis works at the level of channels, topics, languages and audiences.
- We do not build profiles of private persons and do not sell or publish lists of channels, groups or users.
- In published materials, sources are aggregated or masked. Individual private persons are not named.
- Reactions are processed as counts. We do not attribute reactions to identifiable users.
If you believe content relating to you appears in our materials and you want it reviewed, removed or masked, write to us at the address below. We review every request individually.
2. Client information
When an organization works with us, it may share contact details, research questions and working materials. We treat all of this as confidential.
- Client research questions, workspaces and results are not shared with other clients or third parties.
- We do not disclose who our clients are without their consent.
- Where a client asks us to add new public sources to our collection, those sources may become part of the general corpus. The client's request itself and its purpose remain confidential.
- Stricter isolation, exclusivity or data-residency terms are available by agreement.
3. Visitors to this website
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party profiling tools. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
If you email us, we keep your message and contact details only to reply and to continue the conversation you started.
4. Neutrality and use of our work
NarraPrism is not affiliated with, funded by, or acting on behalf of any government, political party, campaign or advocacy movement. One methodology is applied to all sides. We do not provide influence, campaign or content-promotion services, and we do not use collected data for such purposes.
5. Security and retention
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to the staff who need it for their work. Research data is kept for as long as it serves research and client commitments. Client materials are deleted on request after an engagement ends, unless we are required to keep them.
6. Contact
Questions, review requests and data requests: research@narraprism.com. Please use the subject line “Privacy request”.
We may update this notice as our work develops. The date at the top shows the latest version.
